Early prenatal care for a healthy mother and baby!

The Community Health Worker Program is a New York State Department of Health Program operated by the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center Network through its conveniently located Health Centers in Mount Vernon, Yonkers and Greenburgh/White Plains.

The purpose of the program is to ensure a healthy outcome for pregnant women and their babies by removing the barriers of language, health insurance and access to obstetricians, pediatricians, specialist and hospitals.
